Led by Directors Bob Inaba and Randall Walker, Kirksey's architectural design department works integrally with clients and the individual teams during programming, schematic design, and design development.

Communication is perhaps most important during these initial stages; therefore, our architectural designers create animations, 3-dimensional renderings and sketches to effectively relay architectural design concepts to clients. We have found such automated techniques to enhance communication and understanding, thus ensuring a successful architectural design project.

Design at Kirksey is a reflection of the programmatic and stylistic needs of the user and client, rather than the development of a signature personal style. Our designs incorporate contextual sensitivity, functionalism, constructability, sustainability and beauty while always respecting the clients' needs and expectations.
