Completed October 2006, this Class A office building is a 65,000 sf, three-story, cast-in-place concrete structure. The Owner encouraged the integration of a virtual building process, Building Information Modeling (BIM) with an expectation of hurdling common challenges resulting from the traditional structured projects. Located in Westway Park, a highly-desirable office park, the facility’s appeal is further enhanced with an ambitious adherence to the requirements of the United States Green Building Commission’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certification ensuring the building will be both sustainable and energy efficient. The project is expected to receive LEED® Gold Certification. |
