Kirksey is designing a three-phase speculative office building project located in Westway Park. The first phase involves a three-story, 140,000-sf office building with underfloor air distribution that completed construction in Summer 2008. The second phase is a Class A curtainwall and pre-cast concrete skin ten-story, 250,000-sf office building with a six-level, 940-car precast garage. The third phase is a three-story, 186,000-sf office building with a five-level and 420-car precast garage. Both of these phases are scheduled to be completed by early 2009. All three phases are seeking LEEDŽ certification. |
