The primary objective for the central operations for Amegy Bank was to design a different kind of 24/7 facility. Major elements include a vault, data center, telecommunications center, and a central financial processing center. Each floor contains several break out areas that are casually named and appointed to encourage informal meetings and provide a respite to the fast-paced working environment. The 12,000 sf data center was completed in 2005 with a construction cost of $2.25 million. |
