Kirksey was commissioned to perform architectural services on this 510,000-sf expansion and extensive renovation. Additions to the office building include a new entrance with a monumental canopy and bridge, a tenant drop-off drive entrance, lobby at the Post Oak entrance, tenant graphics program, new glass for re-glaze of the existing tower, a shuttle elevator to serve floors 24 and 25, and two elevators to serve the existing parking garage. Upgrades include new finishes as well as bringing all elevators up to ADA and 2005 fire code standards. |
