The historical 1920s structure originally housed the Armor Auto Company and business offices of the noted Hogg family of Texas. Kirksey rehabilitated the 147,000-sf building to Hogg Palace Lofts, a mixed-use occupancy consisting of 81 loft apartments, office space, a 2-level parking garage and a ground floor restaurant. Street level facades were restored to their original appearance. Hogg Palace is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark.
