First City Main, renamed One City Centre, was redeveloped for repositioning, by Kirksey renovation architects, as a Class A office building. Kirksey renovated the 31-story, 755,000-sf office tower, which contains a basement level connecting to the tunnel system, a street level lobby, two mechanical penthouses, 6,300 sf of retail space, and 27 floors netting approximately 590,000 sf of rentable office space. A new eight-level, 759-car parking garage replaced the adjacent bank lobby pavilion.
