This 40,000 sf expansion of Universal Weather & Aviation’s facility that houses international flight operations included the weather department, information services, radio operations, break room, garage, and associated sitework and parking. It was necessary to provide them with a facility that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is hurricane and disaster resistent. This project was completed in 2002. Kirksey was contracted to provide additional services and recently completed design of a 50,500 sf renovation of existing corporate offices. This project is scheduled to be complete in 2005. |
