22,900 sf

Project Features
  • Open office floor plan
  • Contemporay aesthetic
  • Natural wood
The 22,900-sf office includes collaboration spaces, access to natural daylight, and echoes the culture of the company with its use of materials and dynamic geometric shapes. The new office environment for Audubon houses their pipeline design group. The company previously worked within a closed-office environment and made the move to switch over to an open office plan which reinforced collaboration and efficiency. The floor plan is oriented around collaboration areas for pipeline model reviews, along with areas to review drawings to allow for multiple functions to exist within the same space. Combined with a new, contemporary aesthetic utilizing natural wood, exposed structures, vibrant colors, and clean line architectural elements, the space emphasizes the company’s desire for a high performance yet fun environment.
