Baywater Drilling includes a new 25,000-sf administration building (tilt-up construction) that supports the client’s current administration needs and includes: administration offices, executive offices, conference rooms for each team, interview rooms, break room, large (flexible) training room and living quarters (for up to eight employees). The shop building is designed to facilitate the client’s storage, repair, shipping and receiving needs. The shop building is constructed of a pre-engineered metal building with a 15-ton bridge crane spanning 75’ with a hook height of 19’. The buildings were designed to provide a “curb appeal” that brands the Baywater Drilling corporate image within a highly visible industrial district.
