Project Features
  • Full floor in 717 Texas building
  • Private offices
  • Public and shared spaces
Blank Rome is an international law practice headquartered in Philadelphia with nearly 500 attorneys worldwide, representing businesses and organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-up entities.

After acquiring another law firm and doubling its attorney count, Blank Rome relocated to the 717 Texas building in a space with existing infrastructure, consisting of mostly private offices. Taking advantage of the existing private offices enabled the project to focus on the public areas and shared amenities while preserving the company’s national standards and maintaining its local identity.

The new space occupies a full floor in the tower and will accommodate 45 attorneys and administrative staff. Despite a growing number of employees, the renovated space will have a smaller footprint in square footage per attorney deploying optimal efficiency to house the increased staff presence.
