CityCentre is a 37-acre pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development by Midway Companies located in west Houston. It includes upscale retail shops and restaurants, office space, residential lofts, hotels and meeting space. For the mixed-use office buildings CityCentre 3, 4 & 5, Kirksey served as the architect of record with Muñoz + Albin as the designer. These sustainable and efficient projects all achieved LEED Silver certification.

CityCentre 3 & 4 are two 6-story, 120,000-sf mixed-use office buildings with 12,500-sf of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. Kirksey provided interior architecture design services for CityCentre 3's tenant, the Texas A&M University Mays School of Business. The space boasts high-end finishes and collaborative work areas that accommodates both students and professionals.  

CityCentre 5 is a Class A mixed-use office building that incorporates a 690-car parking garage and features 192,357 sf of office space and ground floor restaurant and retail space.

Muñoz + Albin and Kirksey have collaborated on several projects and have established a strong working relationship.
