Kirksey was selected to master plan 32 acres of land west of the existing CyrusOne Campus and design the expansion needed to meet their current and future needs. The new facility will be the research and development center of excellence for the oil and gas industry and will enlarge the campus to more than 1 million-sf of data center facilities and 200,000 sf of Class A office space.

This seismic campus expansion is expected to break ground in early 2014. Upon completion of the new facility, the campus will easily be the largest and most innovative center of excellence for seismic compute services infrastructure in the world with a total power capacity approaching 100 megawatts.
