Founded in 1908, Houston Country Club is the oldest private member club in Houston.  Kirksey has been working with the Houston Country Club on interior renovations in their main clubhouse since 2007.  Kirksey completed a conversion of an under-utilized dining room into a causal dining room for the younger couples. The renovation of “Romeo’s Room” transformed it into a casual bar for couples in the afternoon and evenings, while in the mornings it is used as a ladies’ card room.  Previously unused, both areas were successfully updated and are now focal points for entertainment.

Terry has 30 years of extensive experience in complex renovation and new construction projects that require particular expertise and indisputable attention to detail. His role as team leader involves managing redevelopment strategies, feasibility studies, and facility assessments. Terry’s expertise has allowed him to work on a wide range of project types, such as office buildings, mixed use developments, industrial/manufacturing projects, and country clubs.
