Kirksey Architecture has been working with the Kelsey Seybold Clinic for almost ten years on a variety of clinical projects including new facilities, remodels and expansions. Most recently we have been commissioned to design five new buildings in the greater Houston metroplex, tailored to meet the needs of their organization as the nation’s first certified Accountable Care Organization. Two of these buildings have recently finished construction, in Pasadena and Pearland, Texas, with construction underway for the facility in Clearlake, and design underway for the remaining two facilities.

The current projects include either a two-story, 36,000 sq. ft. building or a three-story 54,000 s.f. building, based upon the very efficient Kelsey Seybold Clinic Module which Kirksey developed in conjunction with their Operations and Clinical team members. The clinic module allows for easy horizontal expansion of the building, as well as maximum flexibility between the multiple specialties which are practiced in a coordinated care practice. Each facility houses a diagnostic and imaging suite, laboratory, and retail pharmacy. The building and site is constructed to allow for mobile MRI services.
