Kirby Grove is a new 16-story, office and mixed use retail facility at Richmond Avenue and Wakeforest Street in Houston, Texas. The facility is comprised of approximately 245,500-gsf of office, 24,450-gsf of retail space and 262,000-gsf of parking garage. The integral parking garage will house approximately 824 parking spaces. Kirksey is serving as the architect of record for this project, while Munoz + Albin is designing Kirby Grove.

Terry has 30 years of extensive experience in complex renovation and new construction projects that require particular expertise and indisputable attention to detail. His role as team leader involves managing redevelopment strategies, feasibility studies, and facility assessments. Terry’s expertise has allowed him to work on a wide range of project types, such as office buildings, mixed use developments, industrial/manufacturing projects, and country clubs.
