Kirksey completed renovations for Lone Star College’s University Park, an existing office park complex formerly home to Hewlett Packard’s world headquarters. The 1.2 million-sf complex contains seven buildings and two parking garages, all of which have been renovated to house a new university center, an instructional satellite campus, a Corporate College conference and training facility, and system administration and support space.

The scope of work included feasibility study services, developing a programmatic master plan for the entire campus, updating buildings to meet current code requirements for educational facilities, relocating program elements for adjacency and functional efficiency, and updating buildings for commercial lease space. In addition to interior and exterior renovations throughout University Park, Kirksey assisted with the building programming and specifying interior finishes that will define the campus standard.
