Directly adjacent to St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital’s Community Medical Center, the 100,000-sf Medical Arts Center provides clinical, diagnostic, and outpatient services within the four story building. Kirksey also designed and documented the building’s main tenant, Kelsey Seybold, which occupies portions of three floors. The project includes new surface parking for 448 vehicles, a pharmacy drive-thru lane, and a small central plant, all of which is master planned for future growth. As a part of Kirksey’s design services, the project included studying and updating the campus master plan.
