Kirksey was selected to renovated an existing 25,295 sf data center. The scope of work includes the replacement of existing HVAC systems and improvements to the electrical, fire and security systems. The Kirksey team is renovating and redesigning the interior spaces to accommodate both data center and office and operations space. The renovation work includes a new gaseous fire protection system for the data floor areas and an upgrade to electrical systems to increase redundancy. The project complies with numerous agency and operational requirements including minimizing data hall downtime during renovation construction.
