Phase I includes the design and construction of an 18,000-sf fitness center and locker room addition as well as the relocation of some ancillary buildings housing childcare, laundry and Yoga. Phase II provided a 400-car parking garage with an overhead bridge connecting to the main entry of the Club. Phase III includes expanding the ballroom/banquet and meeting spaces.
