This 11-acre corporate office campus is located in the greater Woodlands area north of Houston. Kirksey provided a full range of professional services from master planning through construction administration on the two phase project to help meet the growing demand for office space in The Woodlands. Construction is complete on the Phase I, 3-story facility comprised of two office wings separated by a three story lobby. Devon Energy Corporation occupies one wing and the other will house multiple tenants. The facility boasts several amenities including a green roof. A 3-story precast concrete parking garage is included in the Phase I development.

An 8-story, 215,000-sf Phase II office facility and garage is currently in planning. The Phase II development also incorporates a free-standing 2-story, 10,000-sf campus fitness facility located in a landscaped court yard between the office tower and garage. Covered walkways are planned for pedestrians between the various campus facilities.

The campus site development maintains existing tree groves and relocates several key oaks on-site, controls storm water detention through a series of drainage swells and a pond enhanced by stone retaining walls and native planting. Both phases are expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.
