Details

This dual-tower beachfront luxury condominium development features a 370-car, three-story garage, three amenities floors and 280 residential units ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sf. This sophisticated development consists of two modern curvilinear towers designed to supply residents with panoramic views over the Gulf of Mexico. A resort-style lobby with two-story water features connects the two towers and provides common access to amenity spaces. Resident amenities include a fitness center, coffee shop, private dining and bar area for special events, a game room, two spas, a library and a large outdoor pool with deck area, gazebos, and grilling facilities. Future plans call for a two-story ocean view restaurant. In association with design architects, Kirkor, Kirksey is the architect of record for the first phase of this three-phase development that was completed in the summer of 2008.
