The Menninger Clinic, one of the country’s top psychiatry hospitals, announced March 2 that its board of directors has approved construction a 25,000-square-foot outpatient and education building. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture designed the new single-story building, and a competitive bid process is underway to select a construction firm.
