We are proud to announce the promotion of Amy Martinez, RID, to Partner and Brady Jobe, AIA, to Associate Partner.
The promotion recognizes Amy and Brady’s leadership, design expertise, and contributions to the firm’s growing presence across Texas. Both Amy and Brady have proven their ability to strengthen client relationships and manage the firm’s award-winning design process.
Previously, Amy served as Studio Director in Kirkey’s Austin office, helping to evolve the offices’ interior design group into a close-knight, high-performing team. Known for her creative problem solving and attention to detail, Amy’s reputation for excellence illustrated her readiness for the next step in her career. Her promotion is further recognition of the tremendous impact she’s had on the culture, clients and growth of Kirksey’s Central Texas practice.
Based in Kirksey’s Dallas office, Brady has emerged as a leader in higher education projects. As Kirksey’s Director, Collegiate Practice, Brady helped expand Kirksey’s presence in the sector by combining his business strategy, design expertise, and committed client relationships. Colleagues know Brady for his communication skills, collaborative style, and dedication to mentorship.
These promotions come as a result of Kirksey's multidisciplinary growth across Texas. By elevating two new leaders from within, Kirksey is following through on the commitment to develop talent at every level of the organization. Amy and Brady’s promotions are a natural continuation of Kirksey’s mission to shape the future of Texas’ built environment.
