Pelican Builders Inc. is planning to develop a new luxury condominium called The Revere at River Oaks, with Kirksey serving as the design architect. The podium-style condo will feature 33 units atop two levels of parking and will appeal to Houstonians moving from large estate homes.

Houston Private School Reveals Plans for 11-acre Prime Lot

More than two years ago, St. Thomas High School purchased an 11-acre tract of land adjacent from the school from HISD for $66 million, and plans for the land off Memorial and Shepherd have finally been revealed. Houston-based Kirksey Architecture designed the renovations.
