Project Features
  • Mixed-use corporate headquarters
  • Urban site with views of Shoal Creek
  • 6-story parking garage
Located in downtown Austin, Texas, this mixed-use office building’s proximity to Shoal Creek provides ample views for ground-level retail and restaurants, with office and parking above. Designed for the Cirrus Logic corporate headquarters, the 120,000-sf building boasts Class A office space and LEED certification. Munoz + Albin served as the designer with additional design consulting by Lake | Flato, with Kirksey as the architect of the record.

The adjoining 6-level parking garage, designed by Kirksey, was planned for future growth in mind. It supports a Phase II garage expansion of 161 additional spaces, office space atop the garage, and a conference room on the first floors.

The office and retail space is steel frame with aluminum and glass curtainwall. The garage facility is cast-in-place concrete with perforated metal panel skin.
