This Class A office building is a 65,000 sf, three-story, cast-in-place concrete structure. Satterfield & Pontikes initiated and encouraged the integration of a virtual building process, Building Information Modeling (BIM), with an expectation of hurdling common challenges resulting from the traditional structured projects. Satterfield & Pontikes’ new headquarters occupies roughly 20,000 sf with the remaining balance available for lease. Located in Westway Park, a highly-desirable office park, the facility’s appeal is further enhanced with a certified LEED® Gold rating for Core and Shell.
