Kirksey was selected to design the City of Euless Aquatic Center. The Center includes a new Indoor Aquatic Facility that is located adjacent to an existing senior center and fitness center. The facility features a non-competition pool and play area, pool deck, restrooms, dressing rooms, equipment rooms, and support spaces. It utilizes a passive cooling system with a roll-up door and gas heating system for cooler weather.
The facility has various play components such as leisure pools, slides, aqua play features, shade structures, a bath house, and necessary filtration systems to support aquatic components. New parking areas, sidewalks, and decorative fencing were also added. The existing tennis courts were relocated and necessary support buildings for concessions and equipment were built.
