CityCentre is a 37-acre, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development located in west Houston. This project includes upscale retail shops and restaurants, office space, residential lofts, hotels, and meeting space. Kirksey designed two five-story buildings encompassing 94,000 sf of retail (total), 327,000 sf of residential, and 254 modern living units.

Kirksey is also designing the City Centre 8 building which is located at the southeast corner of Interstate 10 and Beltway 8—the site of the former Town & Country Mall. The project consists of a seven-level Class A office building plus one level of retail at the ground floor, a connecting arcade to the existing parking garage G1, Service Yardr and associated site work. The office building contains approximately 240,366 gsf with the first level as retail space.
