Kirksey was selected to update the master plan for this corporate headquarters campus to include a new headquarters building and several research and development facilities. We have collaborated Dow to design a new 188,000-sf headquarters building with underground executive level parking, a 400-seat cafeteria, flexible town hall space, a large double-height lobby, and a visitor concierge. Additionally, there are multiple green roofs, an exterior dining terrace, two enclosed pedestrian connectors, and a one-acre pond.

This headquarters building encourages interaction and collaboration, and allows for future company growth. It will dramatically enhance the current campus and help attract and retain top talent.

After the HQ was under construction, Kirksey was also asked to design a new, state-of-the-art Visitor Center which serves as the “front door” to the HQ campus for visitors and connects the new HQ building to an existing office structure almost 1/4th of a mile away. The Visitor Center incorporates an approximately 32’ x 16’ large format, high resolution display wall and a branded product center in addition to providing a reception station, hospitality station, and waiting area.
