Energy Plaza at Westridge Park was developed by Pontikes Development, LLC as part of a planned 18.8 acre site in Midland. Phase I is a four-story tilt-wall building consisting of two office wings with a glass curtain wall clad connector. Phase 1, which completed in 2015 also includes a six-level garage with 660 parking spaces. Phase II will undergo construction at a later date and has a second 96,240-sf building and a four-level 40,620-sf garage. Kirksey developed the comprehensive master plan and implementation plan for the campus. The facility includes employee amenities such as a basketball court, tennis court, horseshoe pit, washer toss, putting green, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and a covered exercise area.
