Kirksey provided master planning and architectural services for Holly Hall, a planned retirement community in Houston, Texas. This project consisted of demolition of the existing assisted living for construction of a new two-story, 70-bed assisted living facility as well as a new administration wing and main entry. The new facility features views to landscaped courtyards and from corridors connecting the two wings of assisted living care.  A new dining room with a satellite kitchen, activity room, and smaller communal seating areas opens onto the corridor and shares views to the courtyards as well.
