BriarLake Plaza, developed by New York based Tishman Speyer Properties, Inc., is a three-phase, three-building, two-garage office complex. Kirksey developed the comprehensive master plan and implementation plan for the 15-acre campus located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Briar Forest Drive in west Houston. Kirksey completed One BriarLake Plaza with an adjacent parking garage, in August 2000.

The project consists of a 20-story, 515,000-sf office building and a seven-level, 2,066-car parking garage with all site amenities including an extensive lake and a landscaped courtyard. Combining state-of-the-art technology, timeless design, and quality materials, One BriarLake Plaza sets new standards for the suburban Houston office building.
