One Grove Street is a 16-story, office and mixed use retail facility at Richmond Avenue and Wakeforest Street in Houston, Texas. The facility is comprised of approximately 245,500-gsf of office, 24,450-gsf of retail space and 262,000-gsf of parking garage. The integral parking garage will house approximately 824 parking spaces. Kirksey served as the architect of record for this project, while Munoz + Albin is the design architect.
