This sophisticated development consists of two modern curvilinear towers designed to supply residents with panoramic views over the Gulf of Mexico. A resort-style lobby with two-story water features connects the two towers and provides common access to amenity spaces.

This dual-tower beachfront luxury condominium development features a 370-car, three-story garage, three amenities floors and 280 residential units ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sf.

Resident amenities include a fitness center, coffee shop, private dining and bar area for special events, a game room, two spas, a library and a large outdoor pool with deck area, gazebos, and grilling facilities.

Future plans call for a two-story ocean view restaurant. In association with design architects, Kirkor, Kirksey is the architect of record for the first phase of this three-phase development that was completed in the summer of 2008.
