Project Information

Kirksey designed the new, 18-story office building currently under construction near the intersection of Memorial and Waugh Drive. The building is sited adjacent to Spott’s Park overlooking Buffalo Bayou, providing sweeping views of downtown. The first floor will feature a fitness center with locker rooms, while the building will house a total of 250,00-sf of office space and an 8-level parking garage.
