Kirksey conducted a Master Plan exercise to re-envision Pinnacle's Pasadena campus, both with modifications to their existing buildings and future buildings and parking additions. Building One was the first existing building to be reimagined as Pinnacle's Innovation & Training Center. The design in this space welcomes visitors and creates a place for employee collaboration and training. Upon entering the building, a large video wall showcases the company's dedication to data-driven technology. Demonstration equipment, positioned to be seen from all angles, is distributed throughout the interior and exterior spaces.

Plans for the campus involve a new amenities building with additional conferencing, a cafeteria, library, fitness facilities, and new office buildings. Pinnacle is studying both the new and existing office buildings to introduce the concept of Shallow Work (answering emails, for example) and Deep Work (complete focus without interruption).
