Kirksey developed a multi-phase campus master plan to accommodate 1,200 students on this 40-acre site. Completed in 1994, Phase I includes an eight-classroom lower school addition, a two-story, 15,000-sf gymnasium, and a two-story 50,000-sf middle and upper school with a library and multi-purpose room. Kirksey completed Phase II in October 2002, which consists of a new 28,000-sf athletic facility, a 7,000-sf classroom addition, and a 3,000-sf art barn. Phase III consisted of a new 15,000-sf student center with dining hall.
