Kirksey designed a 23,000-sf golf club in Bryan, Texas, home of Texas A&M.  Kirksey masterplanned several spaces including a clubhouse and associated facility, hotel and conference center and casitas. The Club has the feeling of a village of buildings to create a more interesting experience for the member and to break-up the mass of the roof and over-all elevations. The club includes a pro shop, men’s and women’s lockers, bar, member dining, ballroom and wine room. The entire project was designed to weave in A&M’s traditions and history using rich, elegant, Texas-inspired details.
