Administrative Assistant

Kirksey is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to join our team in Austin.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 

Experience level:  3 to 5 years preferred  

  • Maintain conference room schedules 
  • Answer door, accept deliveries 
  • Maintain inventory of the mail: copy, scan, sort 
  • Fill out courier requests 
  • Order and stock supplies 
  • Assist in coordinating events with leads and vendors  
  • Assist Marketing department with event planning and set up 
  • Assist Accounting department with deposits/scanning checks 
  • Additional projects as assigned
  • General administrative support as needed
  • Assist in maintaining material library, vendor product displays, and product sample requests

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an Administrative role  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Architecture experience is a plus
